STRIKE is a commission-only mother agency based in Salt Lake City, built to scout, develop, and place standout models with leading agencies across the U.S. and internationally. We take a hands-on, model-first approach to management, identifying potential early, developing it with intention, and guiding each model toward the opportunities that make the most sense for their individual career.
Founded by Taylor Smedley and Alli Halladay, STRIKE combines scouting, development, creative direction, and placement strategy under one roof. Our agency was built on the belief that talent deserves real advocacy, clear guidance, and a team invested in building something lasting. We grow with our models, and we succeed alongside them.

Taylor got into model management the way people get into anything they're meant for by being unable to stop. His love for fashion is deep, borderline obsessive, and entirely genuine. He sees models not as faces or measurements, but as individuals: specific kinds of magic worth finding and developing.

Alli comes to STRIKE from brand management and fashion production a background that gives her a rare read on both the creative and the commercial. She knows how things are made and how they run. That combination shows up in everything.
She’s hands-on, well-traveled, and built for the pace. Her approach to model development is fresh, her perspective genuine, and she brings real care to the work without losing the edge. She doesn’t manage from a distance. She’s in it.

What is a Mother Agency?
We're your primary agency. We find you, develop you, and pitch you agencies worldwide. When you get placed we stay on as your mother agency. You work with them. We stay in your corner.
Commission-Only Model
We take a standard percentage of what you earn when you book. Nothing before that. No sign-on fees, no portfolio packages. If anyone asks you to pay upfront to be represented, walk away.
Model Placements
Our job is to connect you with agencies in key markets across the U.S. and internationally. We pitch you, make introductions, and manage those relationships. So you can focus on the work.
