FAQ
Do I need experience to apply?
No. STRIKE is a mother agency — we develop talent from the beginning. We've signed models who had never stood in front of a camera professionally.
Is there a fee to apply or get signed?
None. STRIKE is commission-only. We earn when you book. Not a moment before.
How long does the review process take?
We review every application and respond if we are interested typically within 2 weeks.
I don't live in Salt Lake City. Can I still apply?
Yes, we are scouting models from everywhere.
What kind of photos should I submit?
Phone photos are ideal. Natural light, no heavy filters. Not a stitch of makeup. One headshot, one profile (side view), one full-body. Simple background preferred.
My child is under 18. Can they apply?
Yes. A parent or guardian must complete the application and attend the in-person meeting. STRIKE takes minor model protocols seriously.
What does 'international development' mean?
As your mother agency, we pitch you to top agencies in international markets (NYC, LA, London, Milan, Tokyo). If placed, you work under them in that market while STRIKE remains your mother agency.
What if I'm not accepted this time?
The market changes, and so do models. A "not right now" from STRIKE doesn't mean you're not a model — it means the fit wasn't right at this moment.
